All of our training program are customized to the organization and can be adapted to your need or situation. Typically we charge $797 for a full day program with a 5 person minimum, $297 per person for 3 hr programs with a 5 person minimum and $97 per person for a 1 hour session, 5 person minimum. All Training programs come complete with materials, training manuals and an in person or virtual facilitator.

The rising leaders program aims to engage up and coming leaders, as they prepare to take on leadership roles in the future. The program is based on Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle concept and The Leadership Challenge. Navigating Organizational Culture
Every company has a unique culture, understanding how to traverse this culture lines you up to be successful. From this training, you will walk away with an understanding of business and company culture, what moves to make and when to make them, and how you can set yourself up for success in the culture you are in.
